The Tower

The tower itself will reach its stunning height of 460 m (1509 ft.) without a spire or antenna. Therefore it's rooftop is much higher than any other tower in the world. But there seems to be one problem, there appears to be no flat roof, the roof is shaped as a straight line, and has no real area. Will the Council on Tall Buildings accept this as the tallest rooftop in the world?

At the top of the tower is a giant open space that is shaped like a vertical circle. At the bottom of this circle is the observation bridge that will be open to the public.

Although the SWFC dwarfs all towers in its surroundings, the Pudong area will host no less than 4 structures that are even taller than the World Trade Center in New York City!
